We are a workforce solution provider that offers creative and integrated solutions to a wide variety of industry verticals. Recently we were looking to enhance our programming and software integration team and partnered with Steven Ulrick of Ulrick LLC to aide us in our endeavor to provide our clients with the best of class service offering. Steven’s experience as a gifted senior level programmer and consultant helped us more quickly reach our goals. Steven worked to establish solid programming architecture, standard and replicable coding design, in addition to user friendly interfaces to allow us to serve clients with greater speed and greater results. Steven didn’t stop there. He also assisted in evaluating current personnel, interviewing prospective candidates, and helping us to understand the best team design for our current and future needs. Along the way, Steven provided us with many valuable tools as well as the ability to maintain and further customize the use of these tools without having to “re-program” the code.  Providing this not only helped with current solutions but it paved the way for us to more quickly add offerings to other clients in other verticals. Steven was a great help to us in designing and building several custom interface solutions and also in supporting the ones in place.
